Answer by Rakesh Sehgal:
Climate change is not bad, it's disastrous. Only this year we saw two massive floods in India, Kashmir and Meghalaya, while large parts of our country didn't receive adequate rainfall to irrigate, resulting in a huge loss to the economy, as well as to poor farmers (many of whom surrendered and committed suicide). In the floods, millions have been displaced and thousands have been killed directly. If we include after effects, the losses would be many times higher. All this just after a year of previous devastation in Uttaralhand state of India, where also tens of thousands died. Even as I write this answer a massive cyclone is being alerted in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
You still want to question the effect of climate change? We must accept our inability to confront and mould nature as per our demands and wishes.
