No, mostly because it wasn't a lie at all.
Unfortunately, Obama, and the writers of the ACA didn't realize just how many crappy insurance policies there were out there that wouldn't meet the absolute minimum levels of acceptance of the law. With rare exception, the people who didn't get to keep their plan ended up with a much better one for a few dollars more a month.
But that didn't matter much for folks who would rather try and catch the president in a lie than actually help people.
You don't have to look long for a bigger lie, like the lie that Iraq had nukes or no new taxes or dozens of others that caused people to die for a completely disgraceful cause.
